Stolen, Damaged, or Lost Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect the delivery process. Here's how we handle various situations:

  • Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible or make a note of the damage with the delivery personnel. Then, contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be located, we will assist you in either issuing a replacement or providing a store credit.
