RETURN POLICY
Store Credit Only - No Refunds
All returns will be processed in the form of store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, including bags, boxes, tags, and any accompanying documentation, must be included.
Exclusions:
- Earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and not eligible for return.
Price Adjustments:
We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before or after a sale.
Store Credit:
Upon successful inspection and approval, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s). This store credit can be used within a year of the original purchase on our website.
